How are products synced from DMS to ERP

Once a product is created on DMS, the system auto syncs the product details within 15 seconds. The user should check on the item doc on ERP for confirmation.If not found, the DMS user with the necessary sync permissions should execute the sync on the DMS dashboard. If the issue still persists, the user should raise a ticket via email to techsupport@twiga.com.
